We got McFadden on an amazing deal and 2 fullbacks to block for him at the same time. He should have no less than 3000 yards rushing.

To start off with 12-4 and being a missed call away from the NFC Championship game is pretty high bar to set. With that being said the return of Lee will help, the maturation of this line, and guys like D-Law and Hitchens and even Wilcox will help. Call me crazy but I think Mo coming back might help to a point. Romo having a full offseason and being ready week #1 will help. Also I think the fact that we haven't lost much we can't replace will help. Murray was a big loss, Durant and Carter a little less so (we didn't really have Durant last year and Lee/Hitchens will replace Carter well) I think McClain was coming back... all of our other losses are easily fixable and there are some diamonds in the rough type guys all over free agency still including at least 3 guys that 10 sack seasons might not be unheard of from them. Have we improved so far, not at all, but can we still improve before the season starts, almost certainly.

We are only a few days into free agency and it's too early to say. Teams that "win" free agency don't usually win when the season starts. Let's wait until after the draft and into camps before we say if we improved or not.

I think truthfully there was no one out there but Suh who probably would've came in and made a difference. We needed defensive line and pass rushing help and there weren't many options out there.

There are quite a few on here that is for sure. Seems to be a higher % now than has before. Last off season was bad too,,but it was bad throughout the entire 2013 season. A lot of them disappeared last season once the winning started. But a new wave starting this year. Plus I have some of those previous ones on ignore...

Realistically, it's premature to assess our improvement at this juncture. This team has only begun to scratch the surface in terms of player acquisitions. Offering ratings at this time is just an exercise in futility. Let's wait until the FA and draft processes are in the books before concerning ourselves with our prospects for improvement.

So one more year in the Marinellie system doesn't provide any experience and comfort
for the defensive players? Particularly the rookies? Our turn at FA is coming up after the
