How mad would you be if BP trades Romo?

We already turned down a 3rd rounder and another undisclosed pick from NO.

Agreed...if the offer was well worth it. I would trade trade away.

However it's not gonna happen and we would not get something that would be better to us anyways.

Correct-- it won't happen.

Romo will be named the starter of the Dallas Cowboys in 2007 if not sooner.

It would depend on what we got in return. If Oakland offered it's 1st rounder and I had a shot at a top 5 pick, I wouldn't mind one little bit.

Wurd. But I think the whole idea is a little lofty for what the team is probably thinking, lol. It's probably a TE from somewhere.

Incorrect. It was supposedly the Jets, there was no other pick involved, and it has never been proven though held onto firmly by the one journalist from either city who reported it.

Hypothetically if Oakland gave us their #1 for Romo who would we get to backup Bledsoe?

If the answer is Vinny Testa-saurus I might seriously change my mind about doing it.

A backup is a backup and Bledsoe, no matter how much some may hate him, has been very durable over the years.

I would not give a darn if Vinny was our backup. If it meant he sat on the bench and we wound up getting a top 3 draft pick out of the deal.

Are you a secret Raider fan Hostile. Why are you willing to give them the far best deal? And for a chance at a quarterback who has never thrown a pass in a real NFL game? I thought that was your reason for sticking with Bledsoe.;)

For a realistic shot at Brady Quinn or Calvin Johnson in years draft?

I'd take Vinny as backup in a heartbeat.

Worst thread I've ever seen in the history of cowboys zone, bar none.

Though, if a crappy team is going to offer their 1st, I'd have to oblige and go for it.

i think it wont happen. we all know how much BP loves bledsoe, he might have gotten angry when the fans booed his loverboy on sunday. but seriously , do you think romo is trade bait?

NO.

Parcells didn't stick with Romo for 4 years and buck Jerry Jones by making him his top backup and future starter just to trade him when the time for him to take over is near.

Now, if we were offered Oakland's first round draft choice or Brian Urlacher ........ but any realistic trade would not be of interest to Parcells.

Okay, you convinced me. Now convince Al "The Crypt Keeper" Davis.
