As they did last year also.
Everyone looks better when they are put in a winning scheme.
We can't know from our couches which players are truly better in most cases. Some are obvious of course but most are not. Take CB's. Most here have said the eagles are clearly superior at CB. Yet this was one of their worst position groups on their team and all they added was a average rookie CB to the mix... Scheme is everything.
Bro come on. "All they added was an average rookie CB". Quinyon Mitchell is a flat out star and Cooper DeJean is really darn good too. That was a killer draft by Howie not only drafting two stars but also in positions of dire need. Both are top finalists for DROY. Their secondary was awful last year and really damn good now. Probably the best in the league.

To answer the question:

Dak
CeeDee
Smith
Parsons
Kendricks
Overshown (if healthy)
Diggs
Bland
Aubrey
Anger
Turpin at KR/PR

But yea the Eagles are loaded as currently constructed.

Yeah, that’s why he would thought opposite him. And you’re doubtless opinion is based on what
Smith is their no 1. He is a speeds guy. Perfect combination with AJ. And imo smith is overall better than lamb.

Lamb is not fast. More of a possesion WR. You could argue to put him in at their third spot. But then why would the eagles risk their NFLs best WR Corp for one guy? Everything works like a well oiled machine for them. And the WRs seem to fit great with their QB.

Other teams respect their qb and passing game with their top notch wrs so much that saquon is able to kill other teams on his own.

Lamb is a headcase waiting to happen. He already showed what he thinks of his qb. Also he has bigger psychological problems which show on the field and are a real problem for any team. They will weight that into consideration of course also.

He is not to break into their lineup and also it doesnt make sense at all.

Better team top to bottom IMO, with the exception of maybe OC. I’m biased, I acknowledge, but I think this is the best team KC has seen in a SB. Doesn’t mean we’ll win, but we have the ability to do things to KC that they haven’t seen done to them in awhile
I agree with you. I thought the Ravens had the best roster in the NFL this season and thought they would face the Eagles in the Superbowl provided they didn't bottle it/mess up which, of course, they did!

I expect the Eagles to win as I think they have the better overall team.

Diggs if healthy, but its not too many.
It's quotes like this....I'm sure Jerry listens to. I wouldn't give that dude a jersey let alone a place on this roster. Way too many businesses decisions...Really weird...he gets hurt...the defense starts playing better in 2024.

Thanks for the personal offense.
Always the best way if you want to be seen as a serious person who has something meaningful to say when you start a conversation that way.

But anyways back to your more or less precious comment: I doubt that. Just because he got a big contract from our two dumbos that doesnt mean he is a great WR.

But thats not the only reason. I doubt the Eagles would break their leagues best WR tandem for Lamb. Why should they risk that

To say that Cee Dee wouldn’t start over either Smith or Brown, one has to be smoking something. Cee Dee is a top 3-5 receiver in the NFL, better than either Eagle player. Our idiot front office got lucky with Cee Dee. Be thankful we have him.

You’re just incorrect here. Did you miss all the AJ Brown-Hurts drama? Just a bad opinion all the way around.

Jalen Carter would bench press any of our two players at the same time with one arm while throwing Aubrey through the goal post like Larry Allen. Man how I miss him and Erik Williams. They would obliterate the Eagles D line.

It's not that simple.

Success in the NFL does not depend on talent alone. There are numerous other circumstances like coaching, opportunity, and timing.

We may never have known about Tom Brady if Bledsoe had stayed healthy. Brady might come in the following year and compete against a new 2nd round pick just to be the backup.

A player might be a great DE in a 4-3 but If the new coach switches to a 3-4 then that player's career will be affected.

Would Michael Irvin be in the Hall of Fame is Emmitt was never there to impact the opponent defense?

There are hundreds of such stories that illustrated how the nuances of a team sport impact each individual that participates.

When teams succeed, players gain recognition through their exposure in the games that are remembered.

However, many more players in the league could be Hall of Famers if their circumstances were different.

Archie Manning played for the Saints when free agency didn't exist. He was with them during some of their worst years, 1971 to 1981. Although he made the Pro Bowl twice, despite little to no help, he never played in a single playoff game for the Saints because they never went.

Manning's best record for a season was 8-8. Switch him with Terry Bradshaw of the Steelers and even Brady wouldn't have topped him.
Respectfully, I hear what you're saying but I disagree. You can do the "what if" thing for literally any great professional athlete. All you can do is judge what you see on the field. That, after all is how the greats are determined. Team, system, player roles, etc do play a huge part in it, but I'd like to think that I've watched enough sports in my lifetime to know greatness when I see it. Heck, there might be 1 Cardinal who could start for the eagles and that would be Budda Baker to answer this question. The point I think stands that roster wise, we're all just squirrels in the eagles world trying to get a nut.
