How many of the members here are over 37 years old?

31, been a member of this forum since 2005 after I left the Ranch forum (where I joined in March 2004).

I was one of the people who strongly wanted to draft Steven Jackson and think he would have changed everything for this team. I'm not pleased by how people underestimate running backs and the impact they have on an offense.

I think Zeke would be a huge catalyst on this offense, and change the very philosophy of the team.

Agreed on Jackson... MAJOR blunder by Parcells...

We have sucked for basically 20+ years, don't think there are very many people that started following the Cowboys during this losing stretch. There are not bandwagon fans left, all you got is the old timers here.

I'm 29. First game I ever watched was Super Bowl XXVIII. By SBXXX, I was 9 years old and had watched the Cowboys win the Super Bowl twice. I thought that was "normal".

20 years later, well.....

Turned 28 today lol and im in that same boat

47yrs old. Been a Cowboys fan since 1977. Hell, used to be called Dorsett when I played football myself because of my speed and vision. Or...maybe because I used to always have a Dorsett jersey on...lol. Been a member on this site for a long time. I don't post much, but I'm on here every day reading posts. I mean....every single day. Went to my first Cowboys game in 1986 while stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base, TX (Witchita Falls, TX) against the Atlanta Falcons. We lost 37-35 but it was a helluva game. Got an autograph and pictures with Herschel Walker and Nate Newton after the game and a kiss from a DC Cheerleader. Great times!

I only think it was such a blunder because it was obvious what we should do there. Stars aligned for us, and we said, no thanks.

Man alive that was the biggest let down ever during the draft.

The majority of the board was so excited he had fallen to our spot, because there was NO WAY he was going to fall to us yet here he is falling and we are on the clock and we need a good RB and than bam we trade the pick away to buffalo only to see the Rams take him a couple picks later.

The board went from soooo high to so low in a matter of minutes.

39 years old. Moved to Dallas in in 1984. Been a fan since since '89.

I wanted Sjax in '05 as well. But, drafting a RB at #4 at the risk of dealing with the post-Aikman QB drought, is not worth it. With our Oline, we should be able to plug and play RBs ala the Broncos of years past. If we fail to be prepared for Romo's retirement, we could be set back for 5+ years.

The front office has recently learned from it's previous draft mistakes and poor contracts. Now they take the next step in their progression by preparing for the future by drafting a Blue Chip QB to play the most important position in professional sports! For America's Team...

Julius Jones ALMOST made it all okay. He looked great in his first year, and like a major steal. Then he was overcoached, lost his vision, stopped taking chances, and became a waste.
