How many super-bowls does Tony Romo win with the 2016-2024 Cowboys?

That would put Tony Romo retiring at 44. How many superbowls does he win in that eight year span?

We had some really good teams in those eight years but our bus driver of a qb hasn’t capitalized!!
Zero. Just being 100% honest. Tony was practically equivalent to Dak. This is coming from me who wants to cut Dak, never thought we should have signed him ins 2020, or paying him even more now.
I would have preferred Minshew, or even Winston as a stop gap.

If I had any faith he could get through a season healthy I’d say he may have had a chance for one. If he thought he could get through a season healthy he probably would have played another year or two with another team. So I would say zero simply because of his health.

It’s a shame because towards the end of his career I think he understood the game about as well as anyone and was basically a OC on the field but physically he wasn’t there.

The more interesting question would be if Tony Romo was in his prime during that time span.

Zero is still probably the correct answer, but I would have loved to see what Romo could have done with last year's team. That was a decent roster.
2016 was the height of the oline and the run game.
The dline did not enter the playoffs simply pathetic.

If Tony could play like he did in 2014, 2016 would have had a *dominant* offense. If was pretty damn dominant with Dak. It could have been the Broncos with Terrell Davis for Elway. Finally.

2007 was *very* close. Crayton doesn't pull up on the winning TD, and TO might have healthed up enough for a run. Not the best Tony. But the best team around Tony. Balanced. Young.

Tie between this guy and Lee Blair for the worst posters on this forum. Pure low brow entertainment.

..as another stated, its hard to say. But I would definitely include couple of NFCCG visits.

Taken his injury history. Dak made lots of plays with his feet in playoff games.

Something Tony couldn't do. So you have to counter that.

No way to tell. The offense would probably have been different, and by doing so likely would have impacted the way the defense was set up, players drafted, etc.

But if I had to say, my guess would be zero. Tony had ample opportunity to put teams away, when it was basically up to him to win the game, but he threw ints, missed throws, got hurt, etc. I suspect those things would have continued to happen. Don't feel he would have gotten better at those things any more than Dak has gotten better at his shortcomings.

Just my opinion, take or leave it....

Taking Romo's health into account, maybe 1 and that's Dak's rookie year.
I was gonna say 0 because I don’t think you’ve been that close… but you’re right 2016 was a pretty stacked team, and I think you could have beaten the Falcons in the NFCCG

None, the teams were still incorrectly built. I do think an NFCC game was obtainable though if he stayed healthy.
The 2016 team was tailored made for Romo. THAT was HIS window.

It's funny how some people criticize EVERY SINGLE THING Jerry does or decides...except that one.
