ON offense:
Dak
CD
Ferguson
Tyler Smith

Cooper looks promising.

ON defense:
Micah
Diggs
Bland
Overshown

Kendricks is good now but is getting old

KInd of on the fence about Osa and Gholston but I think only rotational players not quality starters

Kneeland looks promising
Sam Williams also

So on offense we have four maybe five

On defense we have four maybe eight at best
You got 12 out of 22.

Agree with what you wrote. That said unless Jerry opens up the wallet we can't fill those holes with even average NFL starters. Takes money to make honey.
100% and its hurt we haven't gotten much out of the last 2 draft classes, sans in round 3. Hopefully with a new coach likely coming in Jerry actually does consider doing more. Just go out improve a spot on the oline and dline in free agency, then bpa with the other needs in the draft.

I'd agree with the offense. Maybe add Martin, although he was pretty marginal this year.

On defense, I would say that Osa is definitely a good starter. Hooker is also a decent FS, although he's kind of a work-a-day vet. Good coverage but allergic to tackling. He'd start on other teams. Wilson is starter caliber if your scheme needs more of a box safety, but he sucks in deep coverage.

The defense has some pieces to work with, those pieces have just been injured or are being forced into negative game scripts. The offense is gutted out.

I listed the ones on the roster dude including injured ones so face reality
Yeah, it's surprising to see some here try to play revionist history.

So for the umpteenth time, " we were as healthy as any other team when we got boat-raced by the Saints 44-19 AND gave up 275 RUSHING yards to the Ravens

Bottom line is a full rebuild of the D line. I think OSA is going to want more money than Little Enos is willing to pay
Martin is done

As far as at least average starting players i'd say:

Defense:7
Parsons, Bland, OSA, Golston, Kenricks, Diggs, Lewis.

Offense:5
Dak, Lamb, Smith, Ferg....I'd also say Martin just makes the cut. Steele, Dowdle, Beebe are just on the outside looking in.

A number of these guys are set to be free agents or are cut candidates for this offseason.....not good.
Steele might be the worst OT in the NFL

Diggs got paid, got hurt, and is now coasting. He used to be around the ball all the time with breakups and INTs, now you only see him running behind open receivers and not tackling RBs.

I think Josh Butler has more to offer. He had a good game last night. I think he has starter potential. Not sold on keeping Trevon. Dude refuses to tackle too often. He's replaceable. I think we have 6 starters to keep on d. 3 on offense. We have much work to do.
