Amendola also has better chemistry with Brad Johnson because of all the time they spent on second team duty way back to training camp. Take TO out and insert the mighty mite and you get rid of overthrows and get positive yardage. He's so money and he doesnt even know it.

Finally someone who knows football. I like the way you put things, sir. I hadn't even considered the possible chemistry increase from getting Amendola time with Johnson, who threw to him all TC.

The receiving corp is "trying to get in Brad's world." That's where Danny lives.

The guy really showed some stuff on Hard Knocks. I believe TO said something about how amazing he was, and how he could start on any team in the NFL, and Romo was like yah I know. With his quickness and good route running I really think that is the missing piece to make Brad like super-effective, if only the Great Red Hype would use him!

If this team still had Matt Moore, and we had brought Danny up off the PS, we would have beat the Rams by at least 20. The extra heart and inspiration they bring to the team is something that can't be measured on a stopwatch.

Umm.. I don't think so. Brad struggled getting the ball to Witten accurately but somehow he's supposed to be able to get the ball to a smaller faster target?

This team obviously needs a spark. If you can't see that, you don't know football, or likely you don't know how fire is made. Danny Amendola is what you would call a "spark-plug" (see what I did there?) in that he could inspire this entire team. Someone said it earlier - he is Rudy. That sort of thing goes a long way on a team.

I don't agree on this one Supe. You may see Amendola as a spark but the actual team may not. Yes, he gave maximum effort during training camp and he was easy to root for but I don't think that he will come into the game and do anything that will "spark" this team to reach the level they need to be at this point.

This team needs leadership and playmakers that performs on a high level consistently. From this view point, Amendola doesn't fit the bill just yet in my eyes.

I don't like to lay insults but this is one of those threads I'm forcing myself to hold back. We have a hard enough time getting Miles Austin touches, especially now that RW is here. Just not a need at all. We would be worse with Amendola playing to answer the question.
