How Much Did We Improve on Defense?

Coaching was obviously part of the problem but lack of talent was biggest problem .

No pass rush due to losing our best edge rushers , secondary and LB’s decimated with injuries and until we acquired Q absolutely no run defense .

Better schemes might have helped some but NFL is a talent driven league. Better coaching can optimize talent but usually not as much without talent .

That said Eberfluk had to go but a major influx of talent was most needed along with a new scheme .
Well said.

I mean, how much info does one need? We got rid of almost everyone on D. Think.

Then why are you pointing to his work six years ago?

And I’m saying that’s patently false.

Show where I’ve ever defended Murray and you’ll have equivalence.
You are defending the players. That is defending Murray. According to you, even though Murray has sucked everywhere he's been, Eber made him suck. Guess he was calling in plays to the Bolts after they drafted him.

I got to say, this is about the weirdest convo I've had on here.

It's impossible to execute an effective game plan with Murray playing MLB. Impossible. Eberflus certainly had his issues, but no NFL or college level coach worth 2 cents coaches any player to do some of the stuff we saw from Murray last season.

You mentioned a Strawman argument earlier. Your comment is the perfect example.

I never defended Murray.

And I definitely noticed that you can’t provide any examples.

You don’t get to attribute false narratives to me. Nothing is ‘according to me’.

But what I will do is to blame Eberflus for bringing a guy like Murray to Dallas. But somehow, you don’t.

I got to say, this is about the weirdest convo I've had on here.
Likewise. It’s like talking to a wall and.

Now name a coach who wouldn’t have benched Murray after the first four games. And don’t say we didn’t have anyone better. His backups could have done just as bad as him but not much worse.
