You are correct GM's and teams make the call we just get to agree or disagree.As for skins on the wall I think those being high paid have them Dak at this point has zero.

Wentz and Cousins do not have them - that is unless you count Wentz watching from the sidelines. Wentz has yet to QB a single playoff win, and has actually only thrown 4 playoff passes.
