How much of the constant losing in the playoffs is on Jerry Jones?

We all know Dak was horrible tonight, but year after year when Jerry sits out on free agency or afraid to pull the trigger on a trade, you get what you pay for. Year after year, Jerry and his family sit out on free agency, they don’t go for it anymore and sure enough now it’s been years without even a conference championship game

All of it. Dak is average - Paying top dollar for QB for average play is a recipe for mediocrity. Zeke never should have been resigned, never featured. DT (played OK tofay) are still sub par. NO speed outside of Pollard (Note Speed WR likely wont matter because the QB underthrows deep balls)

Jerry and his offspring draft the players, sign the few free agents they acquire and pay the coaching staff. It's ALL on those two clowns. Name any franchise that would empoy a GM that has failed in the fashion Jerruh has and still have a job

I think a lot of it. He has wasted year after year on inferior coaching. In the nfl I think you need two things as a foundation to win. Elite qb play, elite coaching.

You can win with one or the other. We don't have either.

Look what Daboll did with the giants this year. Coaching matters in this league. JJ stuck with garret for 10 years when nobody else even wanted the guy. tells you all you need to know.

All of it- this is HIS team, since he insists on playing GM. He could have signed or traded for another real threat at WR after giving Cooper away - he signed Washington for 1 million and banked on a guy coming back from an ACL injury. He could have traded for or signed a good run stuffing DT or 2 as well- but didn't. Those were two obvious holes we all knew about. A LB was needed too. Then he panicked and had to scramble to get Hankins and TY to try to cover those mistakes later on.
He seems content making the tons of $ he makes off sellouts at JerrysWorld, think it holds about 100,000 a game - as well as the merchandising $ he makes, Cowboys march is the top selling I believe. If the Cowboys somehow manage to ever win it all again, he just wants to make sure he gets the credit and glory for it - so nothing is going to change.

From day 1 Jerry let it be known he was the main man in the Cowboys organization. So if one wants to be recognized for the team’s achievements, then one must also take the blame for the failures.

So it is all on Jerry…

When Dak gets time to throw and is not harassed off his throwing spot, he leads the top offense in the league. So your assessment ignores facts that are there for all to see.

30-40% it’s not him year after year (like tonight) but he and his son aren’t doing well in FA and probably coaching in some areas.

All of it. This clown wanted to be responsible for the socks down to the jocks as he said after Jimmy. 4 wild card wins in 28 years lmao.

The fact that we have been running the same offense since Garrett was head coach and we keep losing in the playoffs the same way with how the offense plays and the GM doesn't see it. We will never win.

Most QBs are good when they get time to throw, thanks for the tautology. He lost some arm strenth (not the ever had much) and lost his speed legs.
He has been told he was elite because (he leads the #1 offense or something) and he is a smidge above average. Nothing worse than someone thinking they are better than they are.

As Waren Buffet says, give me the worker with a 120 IQ who thinks it is 110 vs a worker with a 140 IQ who thinks it is 180

Please post something to support your arm strength comment. As it stands it is merely unsubstantiated opinion.
