I do wonder how they define 'perfectly blocked'. Like why isn't a 'perfectly blocked' play always a touchdown? So it must mean something very specific.

Good question. I think if the front 4 are making tackles all day your blocking sux. If the safety is making tackles 5 yards down the field the blocking was pretty good . The problem with Zeke is not only do you need perfect blocking but you need it for the 5 minutes it takes him to get to the hole
