How 'old school' are you? Just for fun!!

34 - Hershel Walker

Although he didn't play very long for the Cowboys, he made quite a difference when putting on that jersey. Ask Philly. Didn't he run and catch an 84 yarder against them.

Also, his trade was a big part of making Dallas the team of the 90s.

Already have Hayes and E. Smith jerseys. Have always wanted one for Duane Thomas, but would get tired of answering questions . . .

22- Bob Hayes
24- Everson Walls
26- Preston Pearson or Michael Downs (probably PP)

79- Harvey Martin
80- Tony Hill
84- Jay Novacek
86- Butch Johnson

My favorite old time Cowboy is Don Perkins. His number was 43 not 41.

1 - Matt McBriar
11 - Danny White
17 Don Meredith
20 - Mel Renfro
22 - Emmitt Smith
24 - Everson Walls
26 - Kevin Smith
27 - Everrett

41 - Terrence Newman
54 - Randy White (of course)
56 - Eugene Lockhart
79 - Erik Williams
80 - Alvin Harper
84 - Novacek
86 - Eric Bjornson
88 - Pearson
94 - would have to be Ware

Drew Pearson first and foremost.
Then Demarcus Ware.
Drew my favorite player of all-time and Demarcus my favorite player on today's team.
In fact, I will be getting a Ware authentic jersey some time this year.

In that case it would make it a choice between Cliff Harris and Don Perkins for #43. I'd have to go with Cliff Harris. Perkins was a great player for us but He was before I became a real enthusiast for the game (though I was nominally a Cowboys fan) and therefore made less of an impression.

Danny White - my all time favorite Cowboy. I know their are others that should go in before him, but I believe Danny belongs in Dallas' Ring Of Honor. With all due respect to Walt, Dennis Thurman was a pretty good #32 himself.

I wish some of the younger fans could have seen him play. It's unbelievable just how good this guy was...

He would likely have been a first ballot HoF'er had he kept his nose clean (pun intended)...
