How Southern are you?

Proud to score 14 (lol) ( few personal fav....souse, fried green tomato, pickled pigs feet, fried bologna, chitlins)

BTW: I'm offended hog maws and pork belly didn't the list (LOL).

27 - the rest of dat is yankee food they only eat in Shreveport. We sho b southern down here in Robicheaux Bayou near New Iberia! Ya'll come visit! We got some mo things to taste dats not on da list! :eek: Make sho yall blacken dat gator tail and serve it over dirty rice with garlic and sauterne wine sauce!

I'm a Yankee. I scored 5, and that's if you count squirrel stew equally to fried squirrel. I didn't know deviled eggs were a Southern dish. I love 'em.
Same here! Lol. Literally. If Deviled Eggs are Southern it's the greatest gift to Northerners since Daisey Duke put together a carburetor in the dark.

I love fishtails. We also fry the eggs and eat' em.
 
I'm Texan, not Southern, but have had at least 28 of those. Squirrel is on the list, but not possum?
