How will Dak adapt to a new offensive scheme?

The offensive scheme is not going to change. McCarthy scheme basically was Garrett’s scheme with different terminology. As a Dak Stan, I hate to admit this but Dak limits what an offensive coordinator can do. This offense is made for statue quarterbacks. I don’t think Dak has the arm to play in Detroit or the Rams scheme.
breaking my heart balt, so basically we're going with Kellen Moore lol as he's the only scheme Dak can ever be decent at

I don’t think a head coach should be calling offensive or defensive plays . I think you should do nothing but concentrate what’s happening on the field. You cannot do both and pay attention. You can’t do it. You’re thinking about what play to call the time clocks running down and you already have a penalty for delay of game. And situation football, that spur of the moment. That’s why we don’t have any.
So that was the problem with Landry, calling both O and D

That was a different error, my friend, he was a genius. He could walk and chew gum at the same time. These other guys, I can’t give the same credit to.

Prescott works best in a dink and dunk methodical system, play action, run the football. I don’t know why we ever got away from it.
Maybe because a one-dimensional approach to an offensive scheme will eventually be successfully offset by opponents' defensive coaching when it matters most (e.g. postseason).

No, it’s because you can get rid of the ball faster. Move the safeties up. It’s called a football scheme, strategy It’s hard to stop even if they know it’s coming, but you need a good run game to pull it off . But for the benefit of the doubt. They changed the scheme and they went deep and Prescott through dimes. And we were scoring 30+ points a game. We haven’t had a complete team on both sides of the ball for a while now. This season was a disaster obviously. And I think just like Romo this was Prescott’s last attempt, and I don’t know who’s going to replace him.

A broken down 10 year vet who has gotten multiple coaches fired isn't suddenly gonna have the light turn on learning a new offense, especially considering his biggest asset (athleticism) is about done. But hey Square peg round hole, it's the Cowboy way!
Garrett! got fired becaue of Dak. that's news to me. because people were calling for his head when Romo was the QB.
and people here bulked, at MM coming here. now, he is running out of the asylum that Jerry runs.

btw, neither got fired. their contracts ended and neither renewed.

Dim doesn't want to adapt....he is lazy. Look for him VERY SOON...if he hasn't already...speak to Booger about bringing back Kellen Moore.

I would’ve played Trey Lance the entire season after Prescott got hurt. I would’ve thrown it away cause it was a throw away anyways.

I like Kellen Moore, I think he’s a football genius. I don’t know what type of head coach you would be. But he’s been from a football family since he was a five-year-old.

I know what I would like in a head coach, what everybody would like in a head coach for that matter. Field management, situational football, so on and so on. I don’t know who’s coming. As long as they can block out Jerry and do it their way that would be a winner in itself. Period we have some very good talents on this team. So it’s not like a coach will be walking into nothing.

I think Prescott leaves almost the same way as Romo. He’s gonna get injured one more time and it’s over.

It will have to be dumbed down for him regardless of the coach. Daks just not a smart QB.

On the bright side he’s never playing a full season again, so we’ll only have to watch his rudimentary offense half the year or the next few seasons until he retires.
Yet, Dak was playing extremely well before his ankle injury his first season in McCarthy's offense (2020-21). You dont have take my word for it, look up his numbers, his play and the commentary from everyone surrounding Dak's name that season. Take that as evidence he can adjust to new offenses... or you can provide your own to back up your claims.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can say about Prescott in any positive manner that this person will accept.

It’s over, Dak fan.

Enjoy your few games a year from Dak for the next couple of years.

And “McCarthys offense (2020/21)” gave me a laugh. The real ones know why that’s funny.

Dak fans are clueless.
