How Would You Guys "Tweak" Our Uniforms To Improve Them ?

I'm already on record as saying I think our "throwback" unis should be our road uniforms. Some slight changes should be made to the home uniform: Return to the old numerals of yesteryear & make the blue trim all royal blue instead of a mixture of navy and royal which looks terrible. I can't believe the home uniform change hasn't already been made! Any other opinions? The key thing is no MAJOR TRENDY changes. Most of these new uniforms are awful.

IMO, the uniform of today is basically the same, but Tex modified it several years ago and gave the pants the greenish blue tint and mixed the royal blue and navy blue together to create a uniform that wasn't as crisp, clean and classic as the one Roger was wearing in the photo.

We need to return to that crisp, clean, classic look. Case closed.

If Tex did those small modifications, which he did in the early 80s, I am A OK with that. I think just about every team in the league started using a shiny material for their uni pants in the early 80s, if you look at old film of the 70s and early 80s you'll notice nobody had a shine on their uni pants, not even the Raiders, so I think it's a different material that the entire league went to, even teams with white pants you can see a shine on those in certain lighting. I love what we have they are timeless, just like the Yankees, Celtics, ND, and Bama. I hope Jerry doesn't jack with'em when the new stadium opens, this has me concerned.

The changes I favor are subtle, not dramatic. Example: Go back to the old numeral style, to me, that's a no-brainer.
