I think we will see more running. Hell why not? Our run blocking has vastly improved. If we start gashing teams we can get those safeties to come up and we can make the defense pay.

If this team can be successful and consistent at running the ball this offense will be unstoppable. Last year our downfall with the offense was a lack of a run game at times. Just think of the capabilities of this offense if we can successfully run the ball? We could control the clock and wear the other teams defense down while keeping the opposing teams offense from getting into a rhythm while keeping our defense fresh which will help them ALOT.
Well, we've needed a consistent run game. Of course so does everyone else. I suspect we'll see more running this year. We seem to be loaded at RB with MB, Jones, Choice and I really like this Lattimore kid.
But if you don't have some WRs to create problems for the D then they will stack the LOS and challenge you to throw the ball. They'll make you throw it if you are too one dimensional.
So we need to be able to run and pass. My guess is we'll go more 2 TE sets with Bennett, Curtis and Hannah whom I like to see make the team as well. But you have to have some WRs who not only can run routes, get separation, catch the ball, block, but also know when to break off routes, come back for the ball, and make a hot read correctly. That means they need enough experience to do all that correctly.
I'd try to get thru the Cleveland game then hook up with TG or surprise cut by a veteran team. On the latter it would depend on how good they are, fit the O here, and other trade and/or contract interests.
TG looks good right now. But there will be other options; probably.
