I don't think it's about the fit, I just think he wasn't very good. Kinda like when Diggs had 11 picks for us, but at the same time allowed the most yards by any CB in the NFL.

So, no, he wasn't gobbled up. Went to a team as a backup.

Fans consistently overrate DBs who have a high number of picks.

Since we had non-starting quality CBs, sure.

Wright is not the answer, however. New talent is, along w/ Revel hopefully developing.

I'm not overrating him. I saw some good coverage by him. Better instincts than I'd seen before. I still don't want him starting. He's a complimentary player...a dime guy.

Our CBs were not NFL starting quality last season. Of that there is no doubt.
