Yep.

For better or worse...he was not afraid to accept and take the heat. I think he did pretty well given the support the team gave him. You know...super stars like Patrick Crayton and Sam Hurd.

I thought Romo played with some HOF players like TO and Witten and a ROH borderline HOFer, Dez Bryant. I guess as I get older my memory is not what it used to be. I forgot who was the QB who played with them in their prime. Maybe you or someone else can remind me.

Dak got the "already passed there" prime version. Dak hasn't played with any HOFer and ROH receiver in their prime. So you could say Dak has done pretty well given the support the team has given him so far.

Hmmm...maytbe...it could be...possible....Romo...made players better.

Meanwhile...Dak..... got rid of Witten, Dez and Amari.

So...there's that. You got any other questions I can help with?

LMAO!!! So Romo is the reason why TO, Witten and Dez all had great careers? Jerry Jones got rid of Cooper. After that Seattle debacle, Dez made his own bed. And Witten was a walking shell of his former self by then. WTH? I didn't know I was dealing with a fictional story teller. Now I know.

And no, you don't need to help me. I don't take advice from people who have no common sense.

What a silly, divisive thread. What purpose does this serve other than to promote your own obvious agenda?

Still waiting to find out what my agenda is. You could accuse me of a lot, but not the one thing that I take pride in being one of, if not the first to throw this term out at someone here at the zone. LOL

I have always said, we all should have one agenda, to want our team to win a super-bowl. That’s the agenda I have. But I’m eagerly waiting to hear of another one that I might have, please let me know.

If Dak was drafted on any other team, he’d arguably be a third-stringer, if not out of the league by now. Dak walked into a QBs dream. This team has been baby-sitting Dak ever since he’s been on this team and protected his fragile ego.
I post this all the time. It is so true. Whether or not Dak can finally take us deep in playoffs.. he has had the easiest 7 year QB career ever. Absolutely gifted everything.. starting position, great OLine, Pro Bowl receivers, league leading RBs.. just absolutely everything a QB could ask for. And for all that.. he has one play off win.. from his rookie year.

Watching Mayfield absolutely tear it up against Broncos.. feel like he is the complete opposite. A QB that will go down as a 'draft failure' and bounce around the league a few more times before dropping out to become the butt of jokes, meme and fan lamentations.. but there is no doubt the guy can throw. Beautiful pocket passer.. that got shafted at every opportunity.

NFL history is littered with exceptional players that never landed on the right team.. never got the right shot. Dak is not one of those guys.

I think that is why I am tough on Dak as well.. there SHOULD be nowhere to hide for him.. and yet excuses are made year after year. It burns.

This makes so much sense but most on this board will not agree. They will say baker had obj and Landry in their primes.lol. Both are drama and cause drama. Obj was a slow shell of himself by then, that why giants let him go. He did well with multiple playmakers on the rams for four games so this disproves my point with this fanbase. Landry, look at how great he is this year on the saints..points proven and I’m an LSU grad. Baker will likely not get a fair shot but he did take that brown team to playoffs year two as full time starter. Rennet that team hasn’t been to playoff in 17 years and didn’t win a game a few years before his arrival. Tell Dak to climb that hill.
