In fact, I think that is almost double what they would pay.

Well, they could just give up two #1's since the Cowboys franchised him. I was thinking the Raiders would want to avoid giving up that 2016#1, which could be another very high pick. I was also thinking this is the one way the Raiders could get a bigtime NFL player since no one seems to want to sign with them in free agency.
