Hypothetical trade. What would you do?

Hypothetical. "What if". Please, don't take this seriously. It's just something different than the 52 threads that are bickering. Seattle offers Richard Sherman for Dez Bryant, straight up. Pete Carroll trusts his system and needs a threat on offense. Do you do it?

Heck no I wouldn't do that deal.

Dez is a better football player then Sherman.

Sherman is great but Dez is a magical player.

We got screwed on that 4th and 1 vs the Packers but that was a Michael Jordan esc clutch play.

Same thing with the Saints.

We're on the cusp of breaking this door down and finally getting back to the top and Dez is a top 2 reason why.

Assuming the Cowboys and Dez are nowhere near an agreement on a long-term deal, would you trade Dez Bryant to Oakland for:

the 4th pick overall
Khalil Mack LB
a 2016 2nd round pick

Yes! Options would be to stay put and select a WR, or package some picks to move up and select Leonard Williams. The Cowboys could still be in play for Gurley, too.

it sounds like sacrilege but this spreads more talent over the team, damn good talent

No. Sherman is arguably the best at his position, but its less valuable than wr. Cb isnt a priority for this defense right now.

I LOVE Mack, so this would intrigue me, but I would have a miserable time even considering moving Dez....if they thought he would never sign a long-term deal for dallas then your deal is very interesting...I would try to be greedy and get their first next year as well

....and, I can't even consider the OP...no, no and then no....

VERY tempting and I'm a HUGE Dez fan. We'd be STACKED for the 2016 draft.

No, but I'd have to think about any trade that could improve the defense.

Really? nope. As a mater of fact, there's nobody on the Seahawks that I'd straight up trade Dez for:huh:

Yes, I'd let Dez walk and would carry his bags to the front door. Bottom line, you don't want to over pay for a WR. I think you spend on the OL, QB and the rest you have to budget.

From a sentimental standpoint... no.
From a value standpoint... no.
