I like Cowher, he's a great motivator and leader of men. He would be a very smart choice.

I'd take it in a minute. He'd bring instant leadership to this team. The biggest flaw with this team is it's lack of leadership at every level except maybe ownership.

That "tough guy" look he always has on his face isn't a tough guy look. It's a whiny, crybaby "I'm gonna throw a temper tantrum" look and I have no idea why people always say he's "tough". He's a freakin' baby.
No thanks.

Not a bad ride for old Chin Quiver. The four AFCC game losses stand out. But so do the two SB trips.
If you said he has trouble winning the big games I could understand though.
Really don't know about him.

Dallas needs a Leader type thats for sure. We dont need an X's and O's coach.
We need leadership.
Im fine with Wade though. Hes winning and thats all I ultimately care about.
Doomsday101;2345825 said:I agree. I think there are many fine coaches out there however I don't see any coach as a cure all. I think players still have to play and execute coach can't do that for them. We have a very good O-line coach yet his unit did a poor job last week, so do we just fire him? I don't think so. Right now Dallas has hit a big bump in the road with a injuries and a player suspention and how Phillips deals with all of this should say alot about his ability as a HC. I'm betting on Wade to get it done

If we are going to bash him for his losses than you gotta give him credit when they win.
Boysboy;2345821 said:He's also going to be 52 next year. Pt being that his best days are behind him(at the least very least, they are CLOSE to being behind him).
Hey, he's been a very good coach all these years-but can you honestly say he'll last 14 years here, much less another 5? Or for that matter, you can pretty much say the same thing wherever he goes next year.
