2 years in the league…26.5 sacks. Care to name how many other players have reached that feat? Will be a First-team All-Pro for a 2nd straight season.
When he does little to help you win the last 6 weeks yea, he is going to want DE money and you cant have a DE that small and get paid to.gonna be a two time all pro in two seasons and this is the guy were complaining about?
I said weeks ago that Dan Quinn needs to find a way to counter teams who are getting the ball out quickly to subdue the pass rush. And Dan Quinn hasn't been able to do it yet.He legitimately gets pressure one out of every 2-3 drop backs. Teams has just smartened up and are getting the ball out quickly.
Maybe it’s up to the d coordinator to adjust?
Also how about playing him at LB some? Can’t hurt.
Dan Quinn made his season on Micah parsons talent…. And keeps running the same defense out there every game. No adjustments
The league has figured how to control Parsons and it shows week in and week out that he needs to be a FULLTIME LBer in the NFL It was great while it lasted, but all good things come to an end.The kid has talent, he does.
But he’s been invisible for 6 weeks and his on-field demeanor is so unbelievably negative and disinterested.
I get that he’s banged up, but he is playing with zero passion.
He loves all of the positive media attention he gets and I think it’s gotten to his head.
He’s on 2-3 podcasts per week, then goes and plays in a game and can’t even get 2-3 tackles. Then goes and sulks on the sidelines.
He’s only a dawg when things are going good. But when things get tough, he’s invisible.
I wouldn’t sign him to a second contract unless he signs for a massive hometown discount.
He's still very young and has alot of growing to do. He was excellent last season attacking from all angles and positions. I wish they would've utilized him in a similar role this season rather than pigeon holing him into a full-time edge role when DE is adequately staffed. Then he either bulks up but that would kill his speed or go back to LB where he is not great at all, or we go to 3/4 just for him.
Ouch!He has not made a big play in a looooong time… But with a big ego, and a penchant to disappear when the games matter most— he is absolutely on the right team.
I think he is playing hurt and it goes beyond the hand, he just doesnt look right compared to earlier in the season.#11....12 Sacks the first 11 games....1.5 sacks the last 6 games.
Unless he gets his hands on some white powder...well, at least the Lawrence Taylor comparison, is put to rest
So what your really saying is that you always been a Bandwagon/Fair-Weather Micah Fan..?The kid has talent, he does.

.....your post will be prophetic when Micah comes off the rookie contract.Typical dallas fans. Don't appreciate a good thing when you have it. The reason our defense isn't historically bad like it was a few years ago is due to parsons just being on the field. As others have mentioned, he fights through double teams and refs who seem to misplace their flags everytime he is egregiously held.
That doesn’t describe passion though lol. Passion is the last thing I’d say he doesn’t have. The guy looks hurt to me. Constantly grabbing his hammy. He looks in pain.Watch when one of his teammates gets a sack. Everyone will be celebrating but he dosent seem too happy. I could be wrong but it caught my attention this game on the sack that Sam Williams got. He just dosent look engaged at all.
I see him grabbing his shoulder a lot. Reminds me a lot of LeBron and Luka. His body language is bad and very different from the start of the season, but like you said it could be injury related but it can also be he is disinterested. That doesn’t describe passion though lol.
