If you were to dissect his performance over the past four years you could come to no other conclusion but that he is a mediocre coach, at best. His idea of trying to win every game in the fourth quarter with a field goal is so antiquated that he was exposed for the fraud that he is. He is neither a creative coach or a motivator.
