really - I don;t know if it's b/c I'm a New Yorker and I'm impatient and angry as a rule....but this board is just so reserved and understanding of today's loss!!
Today's loss was a heart ripper Bro!!! It's a crusher!!! We shut down Moss and lost! and ...and! The Jints -Iggles and Skins all won!
Today friends....was miserable....MISERABLE!

Bill Parcells is LOST! LOST!! 4-3 ..3-4...4-3...3-4 ..What are we! And why wasn't T-New on Moss all day!? And why is Roy playing silky soft? And why didn't we run blitz more! And how in the world do we not get in from the 3 with the game on the line and the Eagles awaiting us next week...
AND WHO THE HELL EVER SAID THE FADE ROUTE WAS THE WAY TO GIVE UP ON 3RD DOWN!!
AND LASTLY! Why Wasn't Jason Witten used in the goal line series?

I'm Sick! I have been angry since the final whistle...and I can't let it go....that's a fan! Not someone who comes here and tells us to be calm and that we're Skins fans in disguise NO! We are the real fans...the ones that are in pain...not denial.

That fade pass to Key was awful and a bad idea.

I just can't muster the energy to really vent how angry I am.
These close games are killing me. I really think I've lost years off of my life in the last 4 weeks.

*** do people expect? We're playing A LOT of young people right now. We aren't gonna start to be good for a few weeks. Seriously, *** did we do in the offseason that makes anyone think we're suppose to be a good team now?

Improved team? Yes. And we ARE an improved team, but we still aren't a good team. And I didn't expect us to be any better then 2-2 at this point anyway.

Maybe us Texas fans (for the most part, I hope) just have a better understanding of the game then you yankees. :D

Well I was not expecting a winning season this year

I never bought into the magical 3-4 solves all solution and with us relying on lots of young guys and the vets all playing in a new system I expected this.

Bledsoe has played better than I thought he would

The oline has played worse than I thought they would.

Flo has slid he played like a pro-Bowler his 1st year with parcels now he looks above average the last two years Larry Allen is playing OK the right side is doing ok Pitdawg is a young guy that struggles at time but h is a rookie that is expected; Rivera has been ok. Groude/Johnson has been inconsistent

I dont know that it matters if we are improved or not. The coaching staff is dropping the ball on too many fronts.

Im telling ya, if this stuff happened under Campo or Switzer, everyone would be calling for the axe.

They never happened under Campo because we were always so far behind, his play calling was irrelevant ;)

Anyway, not like Bill has not gone for 2 when down 16 saying it is easier to score three times than two or not had a play for 4th and 1 :laugh2:

The game has passed Purcells by, and his assistants are no better.

Scott, there's better ways to handle one's frustration than to crazily run around screaming "fire." A large part of this forum has either been posting here or elsewhere for some time and has adopted a better way to make their thoughts known after losses.

I think the chat room is often better for the sky-is-falling mentality, as many people are in there chatting as the game is happening live. A play occurs, and we type in response to the play. Where as on the board, with the comments permenantly posted publicly, people give their thoughts a little more reflection before hitting the submit button.

Just my two cents.

Hey, I wouldn't worry. There are always knee-jerkers, cliff-jumpers, hangers-on. It's the nature of it. For the most part, the pulse seems to be disappointment without discouragement though.

There Is No Way That Teams Can Cover Our Three Receivers Plus Whitten. Until Bill Lets The Offense Go And Start Trusting His Hand Picked Qb We Will Continue To Be A 500 Football Team.

Well that's the irony in this.

It's pretty clear that Parcells doesn't have the patience for a young QB...so he brought in Bledsoe...and then he runs an offense that is SO conservative that you'd think we had a rookie at QB...

Not to mention that this is 2005, the NFL wants passing/scoring. They have tied defenses hands; cannot touch a receiver. DL cannot throw an OL out of the way, it is holding. If an OL moves, 50% of the time it's due to encroachment(waaaa..he made me move).

When you get to the QB, you cannot tackle him. If you grab a QB and he still completes a pass, it's good; throw him down, your toast.

Tell me, how many offensive holding flags were there yesterday?

What is the message? It is not 1985 Bill, take what the NFL gives you, adapt; or we die.

I dont know :D

I have lived in Dallas my entire life and I dont think anyone has gotten a pass from the media like Bill Parcells.

If all the debacled 4th and 1 problems from last year was under Campo, they would be calling for his head...

If the Pittsburgh game "elbow gate" had happened under Campo, they would be calling for his head...

If all the misses personell (willie blade, delroy stewart) etc etc happened under Campo, they would be calling for his head...

And most certainly, without a doubt, if the Commanders game would have happened under Campo, Jerry Jones would have came onto the sideline and fired Campo on the spot....

I like his Drafts and some of his personell moves, but his game decisions are suspect...

11:20 EST and I'm sick over this loss...I keep replaying that final drive....
My lord why the heck did we call a fade? and never look at Witten?
Why weren't we in Prevent v.s Wash in MNF??

These are questions BP must answer....
