I don't like this one bit.

So, you are not a glass is half-empty kind of guy, but you have made it clear that you would feel better about this game if people were picking the Commanders to win....

un-freaking-believable.

he's just saying he's wary of everyone picking us to win, and the skins being hurt, as it's usually a let-down game for us, or so it seems to be the case most of the times

Cobra, dude. Chill. I am not going in to this game thinking we are gonna lose. I'm flying halfway across the country to see this game, you think i'm not pumped???!!! I have seen this "let down" happen too many times in the NFL, not just with the Cowboys. Thats all I'm sayin.

WE WILL WIN 24-17. Is that better?:bang2:

If your going to promise a score at least make the margin of victory a bit larger. I don't know if I could handle another close game right now. :laugh2:

This is a big set up for us to fail. Portis out, everyone picking Dallas....

What, would you prefer that "everybody" was picking the Skins?? What kind of messed up mindset is that??

I swear to God, I think some of you LOOK for reasons to worry... no, Chicken Little, the sky is not falling...

if we cant win this game at home, with Portis and Springs out...honestly Parcells should be fired

people will probably go ape over me saying that, but its true...he has been a .500 coach since he's been here...there really isnt much excuse to lose this game...Jones has paid Parcells a boatload of money, its time for him to show he's worth it

David

Agreed, although beating a crippled Skins squad at home hardly rates as a feather in Bill's cap. Beat a good team on the road and I'll take notice.

If they lose because "everyone is picking Dallas", then they deserve to lose.

We never win big. When we get a lead of 7 or more points Parcells goes into cocoon mode rather than trying to put a team away. A Big Win is by a touchdown these days with Parcells at the helm. It drives me and most of you nuts to see us sit on a lead. It's a gutless way to play football and it doesn't suit the talent you have at wide receiver and QB.

It's the only thing about Parcell's that bothers me.

Remember Washington MNF last year?

Yeah but if Cortez had made an easy FG, it would have been 16-0 and ball game over. He played that game bang on, they just made three plays, the long run by Brunell on 3rd and 25 which made it 4th and 6, then the two long passes. Our defence let up when it was 3rd and 4th and long.
