I dont think TO is impressed with Henson

I haven't really heard anyone with a whole lot positive to say about Henson. I never thought he would ever be our starter and now I don't think he will be on our team this year.

I still don't see why people are still defending him. He needs to go back to baseball.

It was? Thanks for letting me know.

No prob.

Next time I will put the mandatory:rolleyes: emoticon or write in sarcasm so you get it right away. Most everyone else seems to have gotten it without that.

Can you say uptight?

For anyone who was interested, here's what the article had to say about Henson.

So, who are the players from this year's NFL Europe class to keep an eye on in this summer's NFL training camps? Let's take a look at five players.

1. QB Drew Henson, Rhein Fire (allocated by Dallas Cowboys)

Henson is a household name we have all heard about and at first glance he is a higher profile guy than we are used to seeing in NFLE. However, Henson is a player who still needs game experience and live snaps. Henson's biggest problem in his young NFL career has been his inability to read defenses, process information, and make quick decisions … and that's what you do in these game situations. He has all the physical skills that you are looking for and he is coming off a season for Rhein in which he completed 109 of 209 passes for 1,321 yards and 10 touchdowns, but most importantly, he threw only three interceptions. The latter statistic leads you to believe that his decision making has improved. So, where does Henson fit in the Cowboys' plans? He will compete again with Tony Romo to be backup quarterback behind aging starter Drew Bledsoe. However, with Bledsoe near the end of his career, the Cowboys must decide whether Romo or Henson is their quarterback of the future and Henson's positive performance in NFLE should raise his confidence level entering training camp.

Yeah right. Whatever.

Bledsoe is a good QB, but he like most QBs have their weaknesses. Believe Bledsoe is known for his inability to scramble outside the pocket. But more importantly, how strong is His arm? Can Bledsoe deliver the pigskin to a wide-open TO going deep.

most of us know that there's more to just being able to throw the ball long; especially when the wind is against you. That's one of the reasons TO has complained about Garcia (another QB that does Not have the "deep ball" in his arsenol).

These days with younger, stronger CBs, they are able to get under the ball are are less likely to get beat. Most of the top-ten QBs can deliver the ball deep and accurate, and place the ball in an area where the secondary cannot touch the ball.

Will TO notice the change ...believe someone here has already eluded to the fact that Henson and TO do not gel.

Will TO have to make short routes, and how Long will it take before defensive squads become aware of the deficiency? What's your thoughts?

Bledsoe has a bigger arm than Donovan. I'd rather have Donovan, but Bledsoe can make any pass TO can wrap his hands around and some he can't.

I think I'm experiencing Deja Vu.

Coming from you ...that's a compliment!:)

Your sideways, roundabout posting is SO transparent. You have an agenda and EVERYONE sees it.

Bledsoe is not a scrambling QB but he does have a strong arm. See the flea flicker bomb he dropped into Glenn's hand last year in the KC game. The Henson/TO thing was a joke. And a bad one at that.

Bledsoe and TO are looking downfield and not even at Henson. This thread is stupid.

Everyone but him! See, he is a sophisticated troll...!

All he does, is "wish"...that his sucky team would have what the Dallas Cowboys team have!

:hammock:

It must really suck to be an fan of that team!
