I am drooling over that pic, and thats not even great okra.

I prefer it slightly over fried and brown with that crispiness when you bite into it, I am having okra tonight, this thread made me hungry.

Boiled okra sucks. It is way too stringy and gooey.

Fried okra and pickled okra are good. Fried okra in particular is addicting. Once you start eating you do not want to stop. It is better than fried zucchini.
