I smell a smokescreen here...I see ground work being laid out ...

Carr not cut but payout and moved ...

Franchise Dez no long term

Whispers of a restructure of Tyron Smith contract which btw is a fantastic deal for us ...

Then there's Marinelli ...and the display Suh put on in JJ World ...JJ was a droolin' watching that ...

A rare Dallas front office silence ...cards close to the vest unlike last year when we knew what Jarred Allen had for dinner while in Texas ....

Oh and there's also this from IMO the most credible and classy writer in Dallas - -

Don't mistake the silence for being sneaky. It's their new way of doing business, the right way.

I highly doubt it. If they aren't going to give Dez the big contract, I doubt they would sign Suh to one.

Miami isn't an option - it's the Cowboys or Oakland ...simple as that ....

Do not think JJ has learned ...he's like Glen Sather in the NHL ...he can't resist a splash ....he's got some coin to play with here...there's smoke and IMO soon fire ....

And ...and just think how quickly Suh becomes the #1 jersey in the NFL.

You smell a smokescreen. I think somebody took the bait of an article written solely to generate hits.

LatinMind posted the talking cowboys update and Broaddus said they don't want Dez longterm and get stuck like AZ & Houston have ....
I got a good feeling on this .... Such is coming to Dallas.

The Dolphins are confident they'll sign free agent Ndamukong Suh, according to the Miami Herald.
Suh is expected to command in the neighborhood of six years and $102 million with over $60 million guaranteed. That would make Suh the richest defensive player of all-time, ahead of J.J. Watt. Miami recently released Brian Hartline, Nate Garner, Brandon Gibson, and Cortland Finnegan to make room for a top-flight free agent. The Raiders and Colts have also been linked to Suh, who can begin negotiating with teams Saturday. Mar 6 - 10:17 AM

Not a chance he goes to Miami over Oakland - Oakland has the inside $$$ track but JJ is laying in the weeds....

Hu? Most fans hate him but Sather's moves work 90% of the time. Been watching Rangers hockey for over 40 years. Jerry's moves miss 80% of the time. Things are different now or we would have drafted Johnny Football.

I like the way you think. I can't believe how many fans are too scared to spend Jerry's money.
