Minus 1 or 3 coaches, Jerry continues to speed millions on the team. And pennies on the coaches. Wake up -Jerry!!

Jerry Jones is not asleep. He has been and will always be fully conscious, making coaching hiring and firing decisions. His penny-pinching for coaches is 100% intentional.Minus 1 or 3 coaches, Jerry continues to speed millions on the team. And pennies on the coaches. Wake up -Jerry!!![]()
100% agree its Jerry and the boys. The hired help just sing for their supper.I wish all observers, especially older fans, would think back and ask themselves, "When have I seen the entire team play with their hair on fire all season long?" Not one player. Not six or seven players. All starters and backups.
Maybe then the realization will begin sinking in that the underlying problem precedes Brian Schottenheimer. Precede, as in a LONG time ago.
Yeah. Get the feeling they can add crosby, Brooks, a Right tackle and a better tight end and still win 6 games with this coach. Not saying they don't have talent. But something is off. The defense can't tackle anybody and the offense, while good most of the time has stretches where it looks like high school. Missing blocks, throws in the dirt, receivers playing volleyball instead of making the catch. No one is immune. I am starting to believe in "the curse." What I am watching doesn't make any logical sense. Quinnen Williams and Kenny Clark are not this easy to block. The defense cannot tackle any RB except Derrick Henry. And they can't tackle any QB at all. Maybe it's Schottie.. I thought the guys would respond to his low key, no BS, honest approach but they haven't. They like him but they are not inspired by him. And that worries me.. This team plays without passion.. and as good as some of them are.. as a whole they are not talented enough to get away with that. It's left me unable to enjoy any game. And to be honest I'm starting to get kinda mad about that. I need to see some guys breathing fire Sunday night.. Even if we lose I need to see all 46 guys who suit up playing with their hair on fire. If they don't then Schottie might not even need to get back on the flight home cause he will be unemployed before the post game interviews are done.
Coach Saban would give you a like if he were a member of this board.

Just as an aside, I think back on the Bengals run to their last Super Bowl.Wait. You really think that Josh Allen or Mahomes could win with this defense???
Does that include the NFC Divisional game also?2007
Obviously, not, but that was the last time I felt like we had a complete team.Does that include the NFC Divisional game also?
Simple, jerry wants 'some of the fun', and cant keep his mouth shut. This undermines the headcoach credibility and he's already doing it this year after stating; 'I've changed the culture around here'...Yea we all know that line of crap....and the stench began as Troy (its been posted here on the forum) with him yelling how lack of heart and effort was at that time.....that then was only just the beginning....I mean there's a reason guys like Aikman have been more negative than not over the decades. No matter is is the coach, or players the team always falters.
Most guys who get 2nd contracts decline quickly or get distracted.
Its starts at the top and bleeds down.
Did you see the 1970 team? They were awful early in the year and ended up going to the Super Bowl. Not saying they don't have talent. But something is off.
