Marketing makes the world go round. How do you think Herm Edwards gets head coaching jobs when he's proven he can't coach his way out of a wet paper bag? Because he's basically a motivational speaking BS spewer, he's young and he "looks like a head coach".

Sure it does! For milk, condoms, beer, cars, and other things. But for a head coach?

If I was guessing I would say that your coaching staff is pretty well in place. I know you've got a hole at Defensive Coordinator, but then again, that's Wade's side of the ball anyway.

On the offensive side of the ball, Garrett is going to run the show again.

Since those guys are your coaches (and I assume they are), I think you have to do everything you can to help them succeed. That means you need to purge your locker room of every player who undermines them or challenges them for control of the team...

If these are your coaches, you have to support them and give them a chance at success.

I'm sure a good number of them are in much better situations and aren't pansies that don't know how to bring their coordinated side of the football together. Some coordinators don't run from conflict. They make it into a positive.
