I hope that Seattle game becomes a throw away game, but I doubt it

Like if the Rams somehow beat the Eagles and we beat the Texans, we go into Seattle 4-1 and the Eagles will be 3-2 facing the Giants. So in that scenario, losing to seattle won't mean any much because the worst that could happen is a TIE for first at 4-2. But the rams ain't beating the Eagles so I guess we actually have to beat seattle LOL

I just don't want a game against seattle to mean a lot.

Philly has to play Seattle too, no need to be fearful of any opponent because what would even be the point of showing up. They have something to prove against Seattle after the colossal catastrophe up there in 2012.

I just want Romo to walk out of that stadium in one piece. They get after the QB here in Seattle.

Let me say this, if you want to be a championship team, you have to think like a champion. And I hope we walk in there and put a road block up for that defense. Not let them near Romo, we are not a sorry offensive line. And I hope they are cocky enough to play Dez one-on-one with any of their great corners. To beat them, you have to initiate the punches and not let them get a clean hit on you. We can beat the Texans, and we can beat the Seahawks.

I don't think it would cripple us if we fell a game behind the Eagles. We play them twice in the last 5-6 weeks of the season. The division will likely be settled through those two games.

IMO, this team needs all the tests the NFL season can offer. This is a young team that should not be ducking anyone, or penciling "wins or losses" based upon an opponent's given reputation.

The goal should remain to win each Sunday. The ultimate goal is the World Championship. This team needs to worry about one thing and that's improving, and correcting, and perfecting things it does well every snap of every practice or game.

That gives us a chance. I'd like to have more talent on the D-Line, but this team's fight should not be ignored. Add a Demarcus Lawrence to the mix in a few weeks and we could be a tough out in any scenario, for any team including the Seahawks.

I promise you- the SB Champions will not take us for granted before kickoff. Where we will be after that game is not a foregone conclusion just like tonight was not a sure as **** Saints victory. And when we were up 31-3, it was NOT a done deal tonight.

Play hard until the clock hits zero. If you're good enough to win, you will. If you're not- the season is 16 games long and nothing is decided until someone is cascaded with confetti.

I think they are arrogant enough to try and lock down Dez 1 on 1 with Richard Sherman. Having Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor in the back to clean things up is pretty scary too.

Century Link field is just a tough place to play. I got laughed out of the stadium last time the Cowboys were there.

This.

Lets stack some wins and get better every game regardless of the opponent.

It should always be about us and never them.

No doubt it's the worse place to play. But if you were around in the 90s, the Cowboys went into candlestick park and put the smack down on what then was the greatest team around. Playing a game there with all that slop they called grass, and those nutty fans, we walked in big underdogs and slapped them around. That's the swagger Jimmy had. We need to start walking like champions, talking like champions and beating anything in our way. And if that means going in to Seattle and shocking the world, so be it.

I want our team walking in there ready to WIN.

The only way you take that next step is to TAKE IT.

If they can't- well then they can't and they aren't ready to mix it up with the Big Boys yet.

But if they CAN...
If they can- they will bask in the confidence that they can step into anyone's stadium and take down whoever is in front of them.

You need that confidence if you want to get into the playoffs and make some noise.

I have no expectations.
I can't.
My heart has been broken by this team too many times these past (almost) two decades,

But I understand mindsets of competitors and if they can go and beat the Champs...

It will be a tremendous opportunity to solidify the mindset of this team that they can COMPETE against anybody, anywhere.

And that is what we want from our team.

I remember it vividly.
The confidence was tangible back then.

You could feel it like a back scratch.
That team could go anywhere and beat anyone on any given day.

That's why I feel this team needs to start feeling that same confidence and they are slowly, but surely on their way.

At least I hope so...
