when is will it be time to hit the PANIC button? I'm not ready to call a season but from what I've seen so far I'm not hopeful. I'm just so annoyed with how this team regurlarly plays inconsistent ball. I've yet to see a game that both sides of the ball play up to snuff. So far ST has been the better unit of this team and that helps but 1 for 3 doesn't win games.


I fell into the trap of thinking this team had changed it around in the offseason by jettisoning the "problem" players. If this team plays a good, mistake-free game Monday then there is hope...otherwise I think we might be looking at a long season.

Seems to me like this team has picked up where they left off from last season and we know how that turned out...discuss...

How is it the Giants win 24-0 hold them to 86 yds vs the Bucs and we win vs the Bucs but give up 450 yds. And then we lost last week by 2 pts to them at home?

CAULIFLOWER AU GRATIN

1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. chicken-veal stock
2 tbsp. gruyere cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper

Remove the course and wilted leaves, but leave the young and tender ones. Wash well and soak for 15 minutes in cold, lightly salted water. Drain and rinse under cold water. Bring water to a boil in a deep pan, put cauliflower in and bring to a boil a second time. Boil uncovered for 5 minutes. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is barely tender.

Melt the butter in a 1 quart saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the cream and the stock. Stir and cook until sauce is medium thick. Add the cheeses, salt and pepper.

We had 400+ yards against that same Giants defense, so go figure.

well I see nobody likes to talk about the truths, just keep putting the blinders on and if we once again choke at the end I'll be here to say that the signs where there in the beginning of the season. If we turn it around and have a decent yr I'LL BE THE 1ST ONE TO SAY I'M WRONG AND EAT MY CROW!! I want this team to go the distance but these last few yrs have been a big ol fat disappointment.

I said WHEN will it be time...not that I'm ready to hit it right now, right this second. Read the entire post beforehand. The problem with this team is consistency, always has been, always will be until someone figures out how to get this team to play consistent.

you do realize if it weren't for 3 ints and a fumble we would have CRUSHED the G-men ...right?...we dominated ever area of the game...except turnovers ..Tony wont have many of those games
