I haven't slept good all week for some reason. Walking zombie.

I slept about a total of 4 hour between Sunday and Wednesday night. Had some white wine yesterday and slept like a baby last night.

I felt a bit like that the first day. Felt good after that, I've had a few this weekend, but not like last week.

For me that's the worst. I drink beer, so it isn't as bad as if I were drinking 15-20 hard drinks a day, for sure, but those bugs suck.

Best way to battle it is with benzos.

I had some personal issues on my mind as well. Still going back and forth with the retirement thing. I need to make up my mind soon. If I work this next year, I'm actually losing money. I'll make $40 more a month if I retire.

Thanks bro, I love coaching, but 90 hours a weeks during football season has taken its toll. I'm 50'years old and still young enough to transition into something else, or just enjoy the ranch and island until I die.
