Yup, if your tolerance wasn't too high, Mexican shwag would do just fine. Now most of it is seedless and when I was smoking could get it for 20/oz (seedless shwag at around 10% THC -- not too shabby for the price).

It's dangerous if you're not in a good frame of mind or the product is inferior. I would never buy from someone I didn't know. I haven't done it in a few years, but for a while I was experimenting quite a bit just due to how available it was/is in my inner circle, Boxer.
