coach, one person did not pay rent for 1 year and give her some compassion because she was spending time with her mom in a hospice...
then i found out she was not even using the place just using it for storage.
i offered to store her stuff in the basement, but she refused so had to evict.

second person is constantly trying to find out how far he can push the rules.
he is not poor.
it was affects my ability to sell the building - and my agent was pissed.
i warned him if he does not comply, we have no choice but give him a 60-day notice.
still refuse to comply with the contract.

I almost had to foreclose on one of my guys, looks like he was able to sell his place, should close next week. I hope it happens, I can make more money by foreclosing,but I just don't like doing it.
