LOL San Fran won't have any problems with either the Eagles or the Giants in my opinion in the NFC Championship game.

Highly unlikely but the Giants owe the eagles. In 2008 the giants looked unbeatable and were the #1 seed in the nfc and then all of a sudden plaxico burress decided he was going to be redneck and play with guns. That along with a few injuries and they limped into the playoffs.

The eagles rolled in as a wild card team in the division round and beat the giants then lost to arizona (as andy reid) always does/did in the championship game.

So who knows, maybe the Giants will return the favor. The Giants are certainly going to be a confident bunch.

A huge overreaction imo. The giants beat the Vikings, it wasn’t a shock at all. The vikes have been suspect all year long. Beyond that the cowboys have to beat the bucs and then worry about what comes after that.

The Week 18: 22-16 game was against the giants back ups.
it also gave them a ton of confidence going into this week. They felt like their backups played the eagles toe to toe and were really excited all week about it. The players and coaches plus the ny media really harped on it last week. The eagles are better but the giants know they can play their and will get a shot this time with an offense that has appeared to find a way to move the ball in multiple ways.

You dont make sense. You say the Giants are nothing to fear for the Eagles. Then you say there are 5-6 teams you'd rather play. Which is it?

As for teams that didn't make the playoffs that would have been tough matchups, the Lions and the Packers are probably it. Lions really played a great second half of the year.
Read my comment again. There are 5-6 teams that didn’t make the playoffs I’d rather play NYG than, not I’d rather play them than NYG.

commanders whipped us in Philly, whipped you, would be in playoffs if they never started Wentz. Very possible they play us tough again.

Cardinals are a hypothetical whether Murray would have played, but low key that was our hardest win of the season. They have a game tying field goal at the end if Murray doesn’t flub the clock management. They completely shut down our offense.

I’m very confident Giants get handled next saturday

Your wording and lack of punctuation made that hard to understand.

I don't know....you hardly dominated the Giants backups a week ago. I mean seriously, the Giants started Davis Webb and was in the game at the end. The Giants defense is playing a lot better the second half of the year. With Williams and Thibodeaux healthy it is a different look that they give. They did a very good job playing a pretty strong passing offense that also has a top tier RB.

I think there were a lot of storylines in that game that impacted Philadelphia, the storylines heading into the game will be much different next week

One game at a time but I'd love to see a revenge tour playoff run. I still believe the Cowboys can get to the Super Bowl. Gotta beat TB first and the Cowboys will get it done.

As evidenced by the past, it's difficult to beat a team three times in a season. It happens, but it's rare.
I think that’s a fun take people have because of how playoff repeat matchups end up going the other way and they become famous, but I would venture 3 game sweeps happen pretty often too. Already happened TWICE these playoffs, for instance. And they’re a day old

As an eagles fan, the only freakin team that scares me in the NFC is the cowboys! Dak does well vs philly, god is with dallas! 49ers wont win at philly with purdy, no way! dallas has a shot, they always do. giants will be a cakewalk. quote me on this! lol their d line will be shutdown, hurtz will have time.

@Aerolithe_Lion I think an important factor to consider is how healthy will Jalen be. Can he run the offense to its full potential? If he can, I think y’all win it comfortably, if not I can see the Giants making it very interesting.

we shall see. This could be the reversal of 08. Giants #1 seed limped into the playoffs and got beat the by eagles in New York. The week before philly beat NY they beat Minnesota.
