Now why in the heck would the 49er-Eagles championship game be played in Dallas? I thought only the AFC game would be at a neutral site?

Looks like the Giants are playing good enough to beat the Eagles, so all we have to do is beat Tom Brady tomorrow and beat what may be the best team in San Francisco the following week. Piece of cake, right?

Did you see the Giants starters play against the Eagles? They were horrible. The playoffs is a different animal. The Giants have been remarkably consistent all year. I don't see them having enough to beat the Eagles, and a relatively healthy roster.

that was a giants team without a few of the guys who are now healthy and playing. Jackson/Mckinney the biggest ones. They are healthy and confident. The eagles are the banged up team with questions. Anything can happen this time.

I think that’s a fun take people have because of how playoff repeat matchups end up going the other way and they become famous, but I would venture 3 game sweeps happen pretty often too. Already happened TWICE these playoffs, for instance. And they’re a day old

Fair point, but you'd say that as an Eagles fan. They're looking good, but now games matter more. We'll see who wants it more, the Giants or the Eagles. Personally, I think Dallas gets bumped before finding out who does.
