I mentioned this in another thread but it deserves its own. That catch on the longball was ridiculous. DB draped all over him straight up interfering and he comes down with it. He had a step on the DB and when Dak didn't get enough on it came back to the ball. That was bigtime. We might be seeing the emergence of a longtime #2 to CeeDee. Like Drew Pearson and Tony Hill.

A lot of missed calls in this game for sure...
Thanks to The Ticket I get to cruise around watching every game when ours is in commercial break. I lost count of the number of holding calls I saw flagged on other teams that routinely get ignored on Micah. I know it's never going to change so it's hardly even worth talking about but damn.. It's literally like they redo the rulebook when it pertains to the Cowboys. The hold against Guyton on Zeke's long run around left end was a prime example. No way in hell that gets called if it's Tank or Micah ..

I wonder if some of those calls were made if the game could have turned out differently.
The non holding call for the 70 yard TD to Olave would have been called back. The non DPI not called against our WR's to keep drives going, and we possibly could get a TD.
The non face mask call for the same reason.

Those cheap calls, from the paid off refs changed that game in the 1st quarter. It was so obvious they screwed us, again.

Exactly you had guyton get a ticky tackle and then on that big bomb that touchdown they literally held Micah and we don't get the same call I mean it's literally almost in back-to-back series how can they miss it on him and call that one on guyton which was barely a tug he didn't hold him like you know WWE or anything. I'm talking about Rico dowdo's face mask call I mean there was a lot of pass interference they were allowing there corners that just flat out grab our guys after the five yard mark and they were pushing and shoving and yet we got every ticky tack call you can think of and they screwed us on the record field goal last week by mishandling the clock why does this **** seem to happen to us more often than any other team and maybe it's just because I watch our team it just feels like that...

I know I've been watching Twitter and I see a lot of Ravens fans the last two weeks saying they've gotten screwed by the rest and that's the only reason they're winless so there's gonna be some angry ball being played next week....

Reminded me of some of the catches Gallup could make pre-injury.
Right but I gotta see more consistency you know this is one nice play but where is all the guys downfield making plays it's either Mike McCarthy is not calling them because I got very frustrated with the **** and dunk offense the running the ball into the teeth of a defense that literally would not give up more than three yards on average..

I mean it's either our guys are not getting open but I haven't done any like investigations to actually see the all 22 film where you can see all the routes but it doesn't seem like this offense has many deep routes I watching Derek Carr and the Saints look like the greatest show on turf and Mike McCarthy while down like two or three scores is still running for three yards and then dumping it off and then trying to work the edges I mean when was he gonna get out of that offense so before we give tober his flowers are these guys getting any separation 'cause it seems like Prescott was looking downfield a lot and then turning around you have to dump it off because nobody was open so are they running deep routes or hardly ever running deep routes so I wanna see tolbert getting open on Fillmore before you give him this one great play 'cause that's all it is is 1 great catch....

Maybe but I think the key to this game whether it was gonna stay close was Brooke slipping on that interception that literally was gonna get us another score whether it was three or seven right before that happened it turned into another touchdown for them that to me was the turning point of game and I think it took all the air out of this team it didn't look the same after I mean we had the fight we we drove down the field we needed more touchdowns but we weren't gonna win that game unless that turned into points for us and that's a 10 point or more swing in a game right before halftime imagine if we just scored there were getting the ball back in the second-half to me the key moment for momentum was right there and that was not on Prescott brooks just slipped or whatever his name was that was a perfectly thrown timing ball that probably was gonna be caught and get 5 to 10 more yards you break a tackle that could be a touchdown I mean that is a back breaking play because this could have turned into something like the Seattle game last year were all offense maybe could have kept it within 10 points and then maybe crawled back in it late...

I mean the whole game sucked I don't wanna put this on the offense or the refs it was really 24 players on defense and the defensive coordinator but yes the game could have remained within reach if some of these things were called.. But to me that brooks slip and that interception was the turning point in the game where all momentum seemed to be lost.. You have to play a near perfect game when your defense looks like that and we did it in Seattle and beat Seattle last year Prescott is definitely capable but yeah you gotta have some breaks and they gave us none

Even the great Patrick Mahomes underthrows some of his receivers. Difference is his receivers bail him out at times with great catches and the Chiefs fans don't berate or blame everything on their QB.

Cowboys fans suck!

Wasn't that one to Shaheed? Not that it matters. Your point is made.. Once the refs established that the Saints were NOT going to have to play by the rules the Cowboys were screwed. One of my favorites was the picked up PI against CD because the ball was ruled not catchable. I was like okay so not catchable does not negate illegal contact 30 yards down field does it? Cause regardless of the ball being catchable the DB damn sure made contact and a lot of it. There is no rational explanation for why this happens so often to the Cowboys. So we fall back on the irrational. Conspiracies and what not.. There are those who will claim it evens out over time.. to which I will always point them to the 9 or 10 game stretch a few years ago when not a single holding was called on our opponents' o-line. We have one of the best pass rushes in the league but nobody every holds us. Sometimes we just fall down before getting to the QB all by our lonesome.. Yeah.. sure..

That non-holding call streak defied all logic. It was akin to 18 straight spins of a roulette wheel landing on red. NFL officiating is inconsistent at best, but that streak can’t be put on unqualified, poor or inconsistent officiating. Those things manifest within or between 2 games, not over a 2+ month stretch of games.

The under thrown deep ball might be the most effective play in football. Wouldn’t be surprised if coaches teach it. Draws a flag for a long penalty the majority of the time
its good some times, but when you can't throw that far that's another thing
