I skipped my college graduation ceremony to watch this

lol too poor for cable let alone dvr or game rewind. And all I can say is the day my grades came in and I was told I was graduating was a great day. An arbitrary day a week after that point where absolutely nothing of practical importance happens means nothing to me compared to a cowboys game. And this isn't being "too much of a fan" comes into play but rather I just don't see the value of the external stuff like that. I graduated and earned everything that comes with that. What in the world does the actual ceremony have to do with it?
