I still miss this guy, and I know that even with his calm personality he really wants to show out tomorrow. I feel we have to really slow him down tomorrow.
Please tell me you didn't buy into the whole $20M was too much for the WR, lol, really dumb after seeing what Lamb received.Had nothing to do with Dak. Please tell me you didn't buy into the stupid Kirk Cousins rumor, lol so dumb.
Smallish? He's 6-1, 220lbs.His attention waned from season to season. It was the same in Dallas after a couple years as it was with the Raiders.
If you have his attention then he is great but else he is a smallish uninterested receiver.
One of the dumbest moves Jerry ever made was dumping Amari Cooper. All because of a thin skinned QB.
I hope he lights it up tomorrow.
My inside info:
I bet you do...please share your inside info on this....Did Amari or another player give you the scoop?
He got dumped for Lamb…you don’t see how cheap this front office is to get why he got trade? One of the dumbest moves Jerry ever made was dumping Amari Cooper. All because of a thin skinned QB.
I hope he lights it up tomorrow.
Yeah it is all everyone else's fault. He was open but they refused to get him the ball. . . .Smallish? He's 6-1, 220lbs.
When you give your #1 only 4 targets a game, they tend to get moody.
Well, yes.Yeah it is all everyone else's fault. He was open but they refused to get him the ball. . . .
So you openly root for the opponents just because you don't like Dak? OK...at least you don't have Amari as your avatar....My inside info:
2+2=4
I mean that was then and this is now. The problem with him is that he would be great for his first year or two and then kinda just vanish. He did it for the Raiders and did it here. If he weren’t looking for a new deal it would probably be happening for the Browns to but he needs to play well to get paid. Please tell me you didn't buy into the whole $20M was too much for the WR, lol, really dumb after seeing what Lamb received.
1000% correct........Coop wore out his welcome with coaches and more importantly Jerry and Stephen. He was a classic example of a player knowing the leverage his contract had. In other words, he knew he could practice when he wanted and/or refuse to do charity work, which wasn't a darn thing they could do. Read several nuggets he was his own man. Except for his WR teammates, he was a loner. Many fans don't realize by the end of his last season as a Cowboy he was done. Jerry and Stephen had decided that there was no way he was returning, even with a paycut. The plan was to release him before the 5th day of the league new year when his $20M would become guaranteed but the Browns called with a draft pick.Had nothing to do with Dak.
He IS looking for a new deal from the Browns. The difference between them and the Raiders/Cowboys is they want to give him a new deal but the money is there. They have asked him to be patience. If he weren’t looking for a new deal it would probably be happening for the Browns to but he needs to play well to get paid.
Same as Dez, TO and every other top WR who ever played. Good grief. They call WRs divas for this very reason.Cooper is great as long as he wants to be and remains interested in doing so.
And that reason is exactly why there's a big part of me that hopes Jerry isn't around to see another championship. Lost all respect for him.I think there was another reason we probably still can't talk about here.
Thing is, if that were the reason, (and you may be correct)I think there was another reason we probably still can't talk about here.
