Lol, so you actually believe it happened. Cmon man, in a crowded post game locker room, in the era of cellphones and cameras, with a whole team of witnesses. Yet no one ever came forward...

Just make an attempt to use any critical thinking skills whatsoever, and don't just go off emotion and agenda. It's so dumb.
I never said I believed it happened in a crowded post game locker room. Actually, I never said whether I believed at all. It appears you are the one going on emotion and agenda. Now, kindly stop calling me dumb.
You've done it twice.

I liked Amari, and he was/is a good player. However, his luke-warm attitude did wear on me a little bit, and his effort seemed sort of an off-and-on sort of thing from game to game.

His effort was top notch when he got to Dallas, after the trade, but that seemed to taper off a little bit as he settled into his role in Dallas. Almost like he had made his point after being traded. He was still good but wasn’t as dominant as when he first got to Dallas. Reality or perception? I’m not sure but that’s what it seemed like.

Now, he is still a really good receiver, and his effort tomorrow will no doubt be good as he is facing Dallas for the first time since being traded. He very well may hurt the Cowboys tomorrow.

But the facts remain that the team who drafted him wanted to move on from him pretty quickly, and the second team that he played for also wanted to move on from him as well, and then his third team has already tried to trade him away for another WR.

That is anything but typical for a good WR, and it almost never ever happens. There’s a reason for that, but it is speculation as to why it has happened. But it is clear that it wasn’t just the Raiders being the Raiders. There is something about him and his salary that teams are deciding he just isn’t worth it.

Anyway… Cooper is better than Gallop/Cooks and probably better than any other Dallas receiver not named Lamb… and teams are still wanting to move on. Attitude? Contract? Or both? We just don’t know.

The way to stop Amari is to stop the man passing him the ball. Watson is not good under sustained pressure. That's how we beat the Browns.

I think the word you're looking for is "drivel" not "dribble".
Go back to the Dez years and you'll find that Dak was terrified of the alpha-male that Dez was.
I think Jerry was pressured to comment about the issue mentioned on the radio. Every sport leader was called to the WH and told to fall in line "or else". So, there's that.
Also, as I stated earlier, kudos to Amari for being a "critical thinker" and standing his ground.
Show me any proof of this or is it more made up BS

Ah yes, Dez, the guy who relied solely on atheltic ability until that declined and suddenly he was interested in route running camps when he wasn't before.

Dez could have been even greater had he mastered all aspects of his craft and not leaned so much on God given ability

Thing is, he was getting open.
You've allowed yourself to be programmed.
If you want to believe that we was consistent in effort and performance go ahead. I can recall him coming out the gate his final year here low effort and ended playing small when we got smacked down by SF the first time.

To only get a later round pick for a great WR talent was so pathetic. One of the worst things this clown front office has done.

I still miss this guy, and I know that even with his calm personality he really wants to show out tomorrow. I feel we have to really slow him down tomorrow.
i don't miss him (Amari)
But i do feel his style of play and more prototype length and size is more fit for the McCCarthy scheme than Brandin Cooks.

- Cooper is a 6'1 fancy footed route runner, while Cooks is more the vertical splash that is suited for the McCDaniel/Dolphins like offense
that is predicated on smaller, jet-fast speed WRs, while McCarthy is more predicated on 6-ft size possession route runners such as Lamb.

- Maybe just me, but I've always got the impression that it was the front office infatuation and vision that brought
the speedy Cooks here, ...not HC McCarthy. JMHO.

- Otherwise Big Mac would have instantly scheme and slated his Tex Coast offense to fit the speed and skill set of vet Brandin Cooks.
Instead Mac ignored him... phased him outta the offense the 1st half of 23 season ..
before he was eventually "media-pressured " to finally get Cooks involved - even if miscast and schemed as a more possession WR.
than splash- flash over the top vertical WR. .

He simply wore out his welcome in Dallas. His attitude got him moved out as you could tell he was mentally frustrated at the end. Would of loved to kept him over Gallup / picking up Cooks. He even restructured his deal with Cleveland but he was never going to remain a cowboy since Jerry wanted him gone.

Several game breakdowns showed he was physically frustrated on the field. Believe Warner had a couple videos posted how Coop was wide open several times and or never glanced at once for an entire half.

I honestly believe him and dak fell out and that was the end of Coop. You just don't ignore your number one reliever like that.

It was one of the dumber things this moron has done, yes.

Copper wasn't perfect but he would have given you much more as a compliment to Lamb than Cooks or Gallup ever could.

And I'm speaking of late career Cooks.
There was a lot of video clips his last season in Dallas that showed Dak not even looking his way, when he was open.
They were trying to screw Amari over.

He got dumped for Lamb…you don’t see how cheap this front office is to get why he got trade?

You guys so anti you’ve turned into rivals….shame.
Not exactly , Jerry let him go for peanuts and signed Gallup even though he was coming from serious injury. That was a dumb move.

He signed Gallup for a fraction of what Cooper was being paid. Cooper left and Lamb became a top 5 receiver.

I'm worried about him somewhat tomorrow even though I think we still win. Coop is one of the hardest receivers to cover when he wants to be, if him and Watson get in sync he might have a big day against us.

Every WR Dak plays with eventually disappears, since Dak is an early progression QB. The guy keyed in on Cole Beasley his first year, defenses keyed in on that route the next year, Dak sucked like he never sucked before and Dez got the blame. Then they made Cole the number 1 for Dak and lined him up outside and he sucked even more. Then they had to rescue him for Lamb and the numbers shot up for Amari after he yelled at Dak in the Eagles game in man coverage, but Dak couldn’t find him in zone.
