I officially jumped on the AP bandwagon around the second quarter of that Packers game.

You sure it wasn't with 11 minutes left in the 3rd???

If they aren't gonna pay more than 4 mil a year for Murray, they won't get Peterson either. He'll probably go for double what we want to pay Murray.

Ap with 4 more years in the league has 1,120 more attempts than Murray has
AP has 27 Fumbles compared to Murrays 12.
AP has had two seasons fumbling more than Murray this season.
This season is the most Murray has fumbled in any of his seasons.
AP is going to be thirty soon.

I'm sorry but unless AP comes dirt cheap I don't see why any one would want him here.

That's the idea. He comes cheap if Murray walks.

If you don't like Murray because he fumbles too much you will hate Peterson. He doesn't protect the ball nearly as well as Murray has his career. Not sure he's gonna come cheap. Teams will still want him. If he comes for something like 2 or 3 mil a year, that's not bad. But he won't come for that much most likely.

We think Murray will walk because he can demand maybe 6-7 mil a year with other teams. Does anyone think that Peterson will demand less than that really? The market for him will be around 8-10 mil a year.

Nothing about wanting AP here makes sense to me at all.

What makes any one think he's coming cheap? Because he's in decline? If that's the case why want him?

He is one the best RBs to have played the game.

The market for RBs is dead.

AD has said he wants to play in Dallas.

He has already made huge money and needs to repair his image.

Dallas is a playoff contender with a great OL

His numbers aren't that different from Murrays. And Murray is three years younger.
Because he said all that doesn't mean he's going to be cheap.

You say it's dead but he'll still demand more than Murray does most likely. At the very least as much as Murray demands. If you want to choose between Murray and Peterson and they are around the same price I choose Murray 10 out of 10 times right now. I don't see a former League MVP coming cheap.

You give that to AD, he breaks that arm tackle and is crossing over into British Columbia right now still running waiting for a Packers defender to catch him.
