While I believe that the Boyz could have picked someone better than Mike McCarty, Dallas's problem run far deeper than their head coach. Vince Lombardi and Tom Landry (combined) would have trouble winning under Dallas' structure. Dallas has no GM and an owner, who thinks that Zeke Elliott, who hasn't had a 100 yard game this season is the best player on the team. Jones has now used two number one picks on wide receivers trying to give Dallas a down field threat when his QB can't throw it downfield. The offensive line couldn't block a couple of old ladies from getting into Walmart on senior day and the defense is make of Swiss cheese and marshmallows. The salary cap is unbalance and now the QB wants to be paid top dollars. At this point, I can't see any prudence in making a coaching change.
