The goal is the win the SB, or at least try to win. This organization hasn't tried to win a SB since 2007. That was the actual last year thanks to Parcells who left in 2006.
Kudos to the Eagles, won in 2017 and totally rebuilt the roster to get back in 2022. New QB, Coach, RB, etc, etc
Took the largest cap hit to cut to move Wentz but got a draft pick out of it.

Rams I disagree with them trading all their first round picks. But they did win a SB. Look at the Niners, they use all avenues available to build the team.
Sign free agents, pay their own guys, hire competent coaches, draft guys. No team is perfect but at least attempt to win.

Tampa, Carolina, Denver, LAA, Ravens traded for Smith last year.. 2nd round pick for an all pro.
