So let’s calm down on the overreactions yes every off-season is going to need to be pieces and people replaced maybe some in the middle for sure but we have young safeties that are up-and-coming that can mix in with the ones we have not got it maybe defensive tackle the interior DL maybe he DRAFT one pass rusher but I like what I’m seeing. having a downYEAR most because of injuries and yes a NEW scheme but I told down and rebuilt I don’t even feel close to that ,...I THINK THE DOWN YEAR MAKES IT APPEAR WORSE.

Literally other than the possibility of tank not coming back maybe OSA doesn’t get resign


so we need to concentrate on a couple players for sure but the core we have a good quote on both sides of the ball with a little bit of tweaking and I write schemes in the white boys the white version the white creativity we just need to add the same on the pizzas almost every team has to every year they have to rebuild 17% sometimes maybe 25% of the roster depending on how many contracts are up or where your holes are but I don’t see a complete total disaster because we had a bad year which is like 2020 and it happened in 2021 it started a three year pattern of 12 wins two division titles when do the playoff five outlet last eight years so ?‍♂️

If it means that much to you may I suggest following any of the 31 other teams.
 
he is an excellent defensive coordinator, takes time to learn a scheme. The players have to believe in it.
 
Zimmer is not the answer…Dallas needs to upgrade both their talent and coaching on both sides of the ball. No more re-treads or burnouts or coaches coming off of extended sabbaticals.

I think both. He will be back, but our DEF needs a rebuild. There are pieces there, but the scheme does not get the best out of Parsons. We need fresh ideas here

He's back because he part of the good ole boys from long ago. There is nothing special about him except based on reputation from the past.

They should have never let Quinn leave. That was stupid. Not only is Quinn a better D coordinator than Zimmer, he would have been a much better coach than McCarthy.

Both McCarthy and Zimmer suck.
 
No new coach is going to keep Zimmer head. They will bring in their own guy. That is if they have been given true power.
