I think the Eagles will collapse

I think the Eagles will lose a few more games. Losing Goedert as a weapon puts that much more pressure on their short/medium passing and screen game.

Will be interesting to see how they respond to their first L— and they still have to play NY twice which will only help our cause.

Bottom line: we owe them. Their coach shouting “F You” after beating us with a backup QB is definitely calling down the thunder. Despite Dak’s flaws, the dude is gold vs the rest of the NFCE.

I think we win round 2 vs Philly, and we stand a good chance to sweep NYG and Wash as well.

Lol yeah. Eagles will collapse. So will every other loser in this division. Cowboys will be the first to do so. The collapse has already begun.

Don’t know who will win the NFC. I’d say the Vikings but they choke a lot. Probably the 49ers once they get healthy.

if I was forced to bet, I would put money on the 49er’s. They are a perfect matchup for the eagle’s. It’s terrible watching your team not being able to stop the run over and over.

Vik’s should win but they will choke.

I don't think the Eagles are for real. They run a high school offense that will be easy enough to stop when crunch time sets in. By "High School" I mean taking your most athletic player and letting him be the bulk of the offense.
Moreover, they seem to be too immature to sustain their game when opposing teams get physical with them, and their head coach is more like the schoolyard showoff with a big ego than a settled leader. Their timing is easily disrupted when they are approached by a physical defense. These intangibles may prove to be their undoing.
When opposing teams scheme to stop Jalen Hurts from sneaking out of the backfield and take away a couple of his "go-to" routes in the passing game, frustration will set in and I think they will struggle.
The may make the playoffs, but a mature coach will shut them down when the time comes. Much like Lamar Jackson struggled when defenses stopped chasing him and dared him to come to them, I think Hurts will be stopped.
Running quarterbacks are always a fad, but never a long-term solution.
That's why the NFL got away from it and the "pro-type" offensive schemes took over years ago.

Sounds about right to me. The division is still open for the taking as far as I'm concerned.

There’s a lot more things that are going to cause the Cowboys trouble than will cause the Eagles trouble. They’re much more solid than the Cowboys.
We know what the Cowboys biggest issue is, but they could fix that if they wanted to and have a chance to compete.

The Eagles will collapse come playoff time.
Hurts is the primary reason.
He will choke and it will be big time!
Name me 1 running QB that has ever won an SB.
I think the closest youre gonna get is young or elway and they werent running QBs they just had good pocket presence to scamble out and get yards so youre on point

Eagles are a good team. They obviously weren't going undefeated. I was just talking to a buddy about this on Monday. Up until Monday night's game, they had only committed 2 turnovers all season. Thats crazy. That stat will definitely regress towards the mean as the season wears on, which undoubtedly will lead to closer games and/or losses. So no collapse but definitely a few losses. I'd guess they finish at 13-4

Now, this is where the Geagles get their new rookie QB.......
Dang how life is when you have a competent GM????

The Saints might get lucky and win a few more games, making that draft pick worse...oh hell, who am I kidding? The Saints look like they already mailed in the season.

Yep, towards the end of the season their record should get worse, I suspect. And as the Giants and Commanders move forward, they should get better.

Eagles could lose 3 or their next 4 games.
Colts, Packers, Titans, Giants.
