I think Tony Romo is still hurt

Romo doesn't use his feet like he used to. That's the biggest change and it's hurting us.

His pocket presence appears to have dropped a few notches. He will still scramble straight ahead if necessary but his ability to move laterally in the pocket appears to have succumbed to age. I truly hope he is still favoring that injury because if he isn't we are in for yet another very long season.

Yep. Romo has turned himself into a bus driver. Dink and dunk. Take the sack. No more spin moves, extending plays with feet. Very cautious. I think he has gone 3 straight games with no pick.

The first thing to go for QBs as they age is usually the legs/feet. Doesn't mean he can't continue to be a good QB with his arm and quick release.

I agree but what he did with his legs/feet made him special. He's not as impressive in the role of a pocket passer, but I agree he's still good even in the pocket.

He needs to work out with Manning this offseason because that dude found some QB Viagra.

Callahan is calling plays. I don't understand why anyone is surprised by the short passing game.

He is conservative, and that started the year before when Garrett tried to make Romo more pocket oriented and less break things up and make things happen (type of player). Romo had a ton of interceptions that year prior, then went conservative.

What made Romo special was his risk-taking ability and his ability to escape pressure. Well, he holds the ball too long like he's always done, but now he can't get out of the pocket when it collapses. This is bad news.

Callahan is known around the league for a notoriously conservative "dink and dunk" offense.

Thinking you are going to see veritical 7s all day is just wishful thinking know that this dude is calling the plays.
