First, we are talking about a 3rd string guy. If he were playing instead of Zeke it would be because Zeke is injured, so in that cause we would not have Zeke to "pound the rock".And they call Jerry Jones a snake oil salesman. None of that is true and you know it. We don't need a guy that can pound the rock like Zeke, we have Zeke. We don't need a guy to replace Pollard if he leaves when we have Pollard to replace Pollard when he doesn't leave. And you don't have to yell at us when telling us what Sermon can do. Saying it louder doesn't make your lies any truer.
Second, he said "if" Pollard leaves, not that he will. He was talking about insurance just in case, not a certainty. If Pollard doesn't leave, it's still not a bad idea to have as good a guy in the backup role as possible
These things said, I'm not saying Sermon is that best guy for the 3rd string role, but he seems to be at least enough of a player to be a consideration. Certainly not so unreasonable that someone should be berated for tossing out the idea.
As for the all caps comment - I have to agree with you on that.
