Just pointing out that only Cowboy fan Zeke apologists ever brag or talk about RB's blocking. As if its some kind of lost art. All they are doing is jumping in front of a blitzer once in a while.

Receivers are also paid to catch passes. No one talks about blocking. LOL Did you really think that comment helped your cause?

Blocking is great for positions where they are paid to block.

Maybe Zeke should play FB? Probably suits his skill set better.
Let me go ahead a put this to rest. Other posters have said you have bad reading and comprehension skills and I believe that to be true. Because I wasn't bragging about Dowdle's blocking skills, I only mentioned it as part of his skill set. If I was bragging about Dowdle's blocking I would have added superlatives. For example....Dowdle is a very, very good blocker. Or Dowdle is a really, really good blocker. So only mentioning someone's skill set is not the same as bragging about it. That's something that other posters can easily understand. So why are you having problems understanding it, because you're reading the comprehension skills aren't all that great.

No superlatives, no bragging. It's just that simple. So, here you are coming at me cross-eyed, because you don't know the difference between listing a players skill set and bragging about a players skill set. My advice to you is... Come up with it either all scenario when you read someone's post. Meaning he's either trying to say this or he's trying to say that. Because you're just reading someone's post and getting the wrong idea almost every time.

Your reading and comprehension level is very low. And you need to work on that.

My reading comprehension is top notch. You just admitted you bragged about Dowdles blocking skills? LOL

You just dont like being called out. If you dont like being called out, then dont say silly things.

Really?

How did Ron Dayne do in college?
How did Cedric Benson do in college?
How did Kai-Jana Carter do in college?
How did Trent Richardson do in college?
How did Alonzo Highsmith do in college?
How did Tim Bacabutuak or what ever do in college?

So yeah keep talking to me about being good in college.

Some teams a player doesn;t fit the scheme. I'm actually disappointed and surprised at the cut.....did seem like he unperformed after coming off some lethal NCAA games.

We're not expecting him to break into the #1 or #2. If we are okay with Dowdle, or confident of a future draft/FA....then yes we should just skip.

For those couple games he reminded me of Dickerson. :). Big upright runner with speed and cut.
and shockingly hes still available OMG a future ERicD howd he get cut and last this long lmao :lmao2:.. even a shell of Dickerson NOT

can we stop exaggerating.

There's plenty of them out there... just think of how many people drive looking no further ahead than their front bumper.
so my point is no need to go after him we have 2 good ones and 2 good backups..and?? no one nee cuts future Dickerson and then has him on a PS unprotected IE UNSIGHNED PULLEASEE!:rolleyes:o_O

I don't know anything about him. And I have nothing against any of the guys on the bottom end of the RB roster. If your team isn't constantly trying to improve their back-ups, they are failing. I'm all for looking. But I'm all for sticking with who we have if he fits better and can perform his duties better.
