I thought stats didn't matter?

Isn’t this the part of a thread when the chick with the white cat head avatar inserts her “meanwhile Some other teams QB has just had a bad game” photo or stat?

Gotta admit. It’s a real twist. I’ll take the wins. You feeling confident? Defense won today’s game.

I feel confident that the Cowboys can beat damn near anybody if the defense keeps playing like this.. The offense is out of sorts at the moment.. and really has been for a month.. Dak has fallen off and needs to get it together.. If it's the shuffling along the line, the shuffling at receiver, or just the calf either physically hurting him or just in his head but it absolutely needs to get fixed.

But you also get issues coming out of halftime after sitting with an injury. Dak and the Cowboys do not seem to be managing it well at all.

That is a very interesting thought. If that is true it makes Moore's play calling look even worse imo.

Your argument would make sense if he was not turning the ball over but he is. He had 2 and quite easily could have had 4 or 5.
Yes the pics that were dropped and that fumble on the handoff that we luckily recovered. Lucky the D was on all cylinders despite our QB play.

Only ones in shambles are the ones complaining about Dak and the win.

All "Dak apologist" are happy about the win.

That's the real sight to see, that Dak haters can't enjoy the win
oh stop. Some people are complaining about the win because
a) we were up 24-0 in the 2nd half and almost lost
b)are genuinely concerned about how we can do going forward after we had to get 3 or 4 turnovers to win close now 2 weeks in a row
c) its human nature, you cheer while watching the game, then you come to the internet afterwards to express concerns

Now the guys mentioning his contract in their posts in the last hour,. I see having an issue with them, but dont classify everyone complaining as a Dak hater

Another one that is happy for the win? Happy that the division is all but over with the win......oh yes how could i be happy about that. I must complain about Dak......
There's nothing wrong with being happy about the win.

The problems lies in having a blind spot to this teams problems and just hiding behind "it was a win" like we should just ignore everything that happened.

Of all people after this game who needs to just stay quiet it’s you OP. Go sit in the corner, be quiet and thank the defense for being great today.

It’s not stats. It’s the way he is playing. He doesn’t look right. The ball is coming out wobbly. He looks like he has concrete in his cleats. He is making bad decisions. Those things are concerning.
Maybe that Sleep-Member Bed isn't to comfy as Dak shows in the commercal...

Did they win, yes or no?

If you are complaining about winning a division game that just about locks up the division then that's foolish.

You don't get extra points for blow outs or winning with style

That's exactly what should be happen.

It was a must win being a division game that almost locks up the division. Y'all thought it would be easy.....

Had Dallas lost that game then the complaining would be legit

The point is we're all concerned about what we're seeing out of our QB. The tough part is that it's not something easy to pinpoint.. He has stretches where he's throwing darts and looking like the guy we saw before the calf injury and then there are stretches where he's all over the place with mechanics and more concerning frankly with decision making. Some of the decisions about where to go with the ball have been very bothersome to me.. starting with the two deep heaves on 4th and short against the Broncos. On the first INT the ball sailed.. That happens.. he was trying to drop it in over the backer and in front of the safety and threw it long.. That happens.. but on the second one, where he didn't see the backer lurking in between himself and Schultz.. that was bad.. In his defense he did have big #92 in his face but to me that's all the more reason to keep rolling outside to get a clear line of sight. Also as Olson pointed out Schultz should not have sat down where he did.. If he keeps running the LB can't get into position to make the play.

If it's a win i don't care.

That's the problem since the 90s. Wanting to look good instead of just getting the win. The only thing that matters is the W. You want to win a superbowl, get the win and move to next game.

But go ahead and complain about the win that has no bearing on the next game or any game after
